Exchange/Credit Policy

Need to get a sized swapped or want to return for credit? No worries, we got you covered! Please click the button below to get started, and be sure to read the details here before proceeding. Do not use this link if your item is defective, instead please see the Warranty/Defects section below.

To be eligible for an exchange, your return must;

  • include the utility bag
  • not be washed
  • not have any stains or smells
  • not have pet hair

If your item does not adhere to the above items and you're returning for an exchange, it will be switched to a credit, and will be minus a sanitation fee for cleaning and/or a replacement fee for the bag.

All items must be returned and inspected before your exchange/credit is processed. Items can only be returned for an exchange within 30 days of purchase (except the Storm suit). Once you receive your shipping label from the link below, please put your item back in it's original packaging with original tags.

Tuxy will not accept any COD's or courier deliveries. 

Your return will be processed and inspected within 14 business days of arriving back at our warehouse. This window could increase in times of high volume. 

Refund Policy

We're sorry to hear the Tuxy wasn't for you, but no hard feelings! You have 30 days from the time you receive your item to return it for a refund. Please pass along any feedback so we can make our products better! To get started with a return, please click the button below, and be sure to read the details here before proceeding. Do not use this link if your item is defective, instead please see the Warranty/Defects section below.

Warranty/Defects

Sorry to hear you have an issue with your Tuxy, let's this fixed up and have you suited up again in no time! For any manufacturer defects, you have 30 days to submit a warranty claim (for all items except Storm suit). To request a replacement for a defective suit, please reach out to us at support@tuxy.co to begin the process.

All returns due to defect must be inspected by our quality control team. If they are deemed defective we will replace the item. The manufacturer defects are in place for 30 days of purchase for our regular Apparel and One (1) year for our technical outerwear. Regular wear and tear, damages, or issues due to not following care instructions are not covered under warranty. 

Your return will be processed and inspected within 14 business days of arriving back at our warehouse. This window could increase in times of high volume. 

Price Matching

Price matching is only valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Tuxy will honour any price difference shown on site, for the difference in discount percentage. No coupon stacking (e.g. purchased at 10%, new sale 15% we will add 5% to your order). Our price matching policy does not apply to our Black Friday or Cyber Monday sales.

Holiday Returns Policy

Our holiday returns/exchanges states that any purchases made from October 1st to December 14th will have until January 15th to return the item. Purchases made from December 15th onwards will have the standard return window.

Simply reach out with your original order # and our team will happily get the appropriate process started for you. Any purchase requested past these dates are no longer valid of any exchange or refund

Promo Code Policy

We reserve the right to give final word on the ability to combine or stack discounts. Not all promo codes can be stacked, and we run some promotions that supersede existing promo codes.
